Each candidate must reply to the department if you may attend the interview by Thursday (April 24th). Visiting scholar, Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma has registered at National Chengchi University(NCCU) Department of Diplomacy and NCCU College of International Affairs-Center of India Studies on April 2, 2025. He is an Indian scholar who is a researcher at the NatStrat, India. Dr. Sharma's research period in Taiwan is from April to July. His research topic is "Russia-Ukraine War & Its Implications for India and Taiwan in the Indo Pacific".

Visiting scholar, Prof. Raquel Isamara León de la Rosa (羅伊紗) has registered  at National Chengchi University(NCCU) Department of Diplomacy and NCCU College of International Affairs-Center for Latin American Studieson April 1, 2025. She is a Mexican scholar who is a professor at the Autonomus University of Puebla, Mexico. Prof. León de la Rosa's research period in Taiwan is from April to July, at the Department of Diplomacy, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is "Semiconductor Geopolitics and its Impact in Indo-Pacific".

Topic: Geopolitical Trends, Technology, and the Future of Public Policy How does technology influence the global balance of power? How can governments strike a balance between innovation and regulation? How should public policy evolve to ensure technology benefits all of humanity?
