Visiting scholar Rishi Gupta has registered at National Chengchi University (NCCU) Department of Diplomacy on April 30, 2024. Dr. Gupta is presently a Fellow at the Asia Society Policy Institute, India.

Rishi Gupta research period in Taiwan is from April, 2024 to July, 2024 at Department of Diplomacy and Center for India Studies, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University. His research title is "Taiwan and the Great Himalayas: An Assessment of Taipei's Strategic Interests".
