Department of Diplomacy, NCCU

Visiting scholar Kamlesh Kumar Agnihotri has registered at National Chengchi University (NCCU) Department of Diplomacy on April 8, 2024. He is presently a Senior Fellow at the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), India.

Captain (retd.) Kamlesh Kumar Agnihotri is a naval missile and Gunnery specialist.  He commanded a Landing ship in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He is a qualified Remote Sensing, satellite imagery interpretation and Photogrammetry analyst.  His specialised field of work for last 17 years has been on Chinese Defense Forces, particularly the Chinese Navy. He has also acquired an Advanced Diploma in Chinese language, to complement his scholarly and research work.

Captain Kamlesh Kumar Agnihotri research period in Taiwan is from April, 2024 to July, 2024 at Department of Diplomacy, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University. His research title is "Contemporary Taiwan Strait Situation and Global Security Order: India's role in maintaining 'Balance of Power' ".
