Visiting scholar, Dr.  Tien-Sze Fang (方天賜) has registered at National Chengchi University (NCCU)Department of Diplomacy. He is an associate professor at the Center for Asia Policy and an associate professor at the Center of General Education at NTNU.

Dr. Fang’s research period is from August, 2023 to July, 2024 at Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University. He specializes in Indian Studies, Sino-Indian Relations, Foreign Policy, and International Relations Theory.
