美國學人 Sean Nottoli 於115年7月31日報到，他是匈牙利多瑙河研究院（Danube Institute, Hungary）的研究員。
研究主題為「Countering Authoritarian Influence through Integrated Diplomacy: A Strategic Approach to Taiwan's Regional Security and Overcoming Disinformation Threats」，研究期間為115年7月至12月。
在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）及國防安全研究院（Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR)）。
