Faculty Position Announcement
National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Taiwan
The Department of Diplomacy at National Chengchi University (NCCU) invites applications for a faculty position in international relations beginning in February or August 2023. The department is recruiting a faculty member in international law, international political economy and/or international development. Candidates in the final stage of completing their degree requirements should possess a PhD one month prior to the start date.
The department encourages all qualified applicants to apply. However, candidates with research and teaching expertise in international law, IPE, and/or international development are more welcome. In terms of areas of specialization, the department prefers the candidates who can teach Asia-Pacific or Middle East that complements our existing teaching and research interests. The candidate will be expected to teach courses and publish academic works in English as well.
NCCU is one of the best academic institutions in Taiwan with excellent faculties specialized in international politics and area studies. NCCU is also known for having the best degree programs in humanities, social sciences, and business studies in East Asia. In addition, the school libraries hold one of the most comprehensive collections in humanities and social sciences.
