Bio:

Evgenii Iastrubinskii is a PhD candidate focusing on the Sino-American Relations with an emphasis on Smart power. He received his BA and MA degrees back in Russia in fields of International relations and history of international relations. Prior to entering NCCU he served as an assistant manager in Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative office in Izhevsk and now doing internship in Representative office of the MTC in Taipei.
