Dear Professors and Students,

We are pleased to invite you to attend a forum with two Latin American parliament members: Paraguayan Senator Eduardo Nakayama and Bolivian Senator Centa Rek. The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 1, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM.

The forum will be held at Room 271112, 11th floor, North Wing of the General Building. 
The discussion will focus on China's foreign policy, infiltration, and expansion in Latin America. All faculty and students are welcome to participate actively.

If you wish to attend, please register with Ms. Cheng (dip50918@nccu.edu.tw) at the Department of Diplomacy Office to reserve your seat. You are also welcome to attend directly at the venue.
