National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Taiwan

 

The Department of Diplomacy at NCCU in the capital, Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China) invites applications for faculty position in international relations, engagement through high quality research and is one of the best academic institution in Taiwan with excellent faculties specialized in international politics regional studies.

NCCU is known for having the best degree programs in Humanities, Social Sciences, and Business in Taiwan. NCCU is the hub of East Asia research, and the Institution of International Relations is one of the most important think tank in the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition, NCCU libraries hold one of the most comprehensive collections in humanities and social sciences in Taiwan. There are at least 2,290 western language periodicals, 102,773 Chinese/Japanese/Korean bound periodicals and 39,582 e-journals, etc. These rich research resources will provide a great atmosphere to conduct research.

The Department of Diplomacy is one of the institutions of the College of International Affairs (CIA). Other programs include: Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies (GIEAS), Master program in Japan studies (MPIJS), International Master Program in International studies (IMPIS) and Graduate Institute of Russian Studies (GIRS). Only the Department of Diplomacy covers the training from BA, MA and Ph. D. CIA has been one of the nine academic institutions at NCCU, and is an affiliated member of Association for Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA) since 2009.

Now, as we are recruiting new faculty members to join the college, if you are specialized in international political economy, non-traditional security, international development, information technology and resource politics, we offer flexible salary rate with a bonus up to 1 million NTD in the course of three years.
