Dealing with Aborigines: Personal Experiences in South Pacific & Southeast Asia

Speaker:  William W. L. Hsu 許偉麟 (Assistant Director General (副參事) at Department of Policy Planning (研究設計會), ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs.)
With a master's degree in political economy and advanced studies in England, Mr. Hsu, a career diplomat had been posted in the South Pacific & Southeast Asian region for more than 12 years.

With many field experiences in Australia, Solomon Islands, and Indonesia, he’d like to share his views and observations of how to deal with the aboriginal peoples,
especially in the Melanesian island state and the largest archipelago country.


Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and capable of a bit Solomon Pidgin, Mr. Hsu welcomes you to join the lecture for better understanding the social and cultural aspects of the South Hemisphere in the Asia Pacific region.
